This introductory programme helps employees understand Environmental, Social and Governance principles and how everyday workplace decisions contribute to an organisation’s sustainability performance.

Learning Objectives

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
1. Explain the meaning of ESG and sustainability.
2. Differentiate between Environmental, Social and Governance responsibilities.
3. Identify positive and negative ESG impacts arising from workplace activities.
4. Describe how different departments contribute to ESG performance.
5. Recognise misleading or unsupported ESG claims.
6. Propose practical ESG actions within their own roles or departments.

All employees across departments and job levels. No previous ESG knowledge is required.
